Documents Required for Date of Birth (DOB) Correction in Family ID:

1. Existing Family ID Number

2. Aadhaar Card of the Member whose DOB is to be corrected

3. Proof of Correct Date of Birth (any one of the following):

   • Birth Certificate (preferred)

   • 10th Marksheet / School Certificate

   • Passport / PAN Card

   • Voter ID (if applicable and shows DOB)

4. Mobile Number linked with Aadhaar

5. Self-declaration Form (provided by Kaagjee, digitally signed)
